• Right to withdraw and open purchase
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Therefore, we not only offer the minimum period of 14 days for withdrawal, but we go even further by giving you a full 60 days of open purchase.

• Our return policy
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that all products be returned in their original condition, including any accessories and tags. Please note that attaching tags to jewelry is an important part of our policy. Once this tag is broken, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

• Exclusions
Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, stretched chains, or lost jewelry. We recommend private insurance for unforeseen events.

• Void Guarantee
Alterations by a third party void our guarantee. If any imperfections in craftsmanship arise, please contact us for assistance.
